Southeast Aesthetic + Wellness, formally known as Southeast Medspa is a modern facility that focuses on both external anti-aging treatments as well as internal health services to optimize how you look and feel. Owned and operated by Angel Turlington, RN, NP. Southeast began providing medical aesthetic treatments for clients in Smithfield, NC in 2006 and then to Clayton, NC in November 2009. Angel holds not only a degree as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, but is also certified in Functional Medicine, Regenerative Aesthetics, and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement.

Our licensed providers strive for excellence as they use the most advanced equipment for both the face and body. All nurses are experienced and certified to administer injectables for wrinkle reduction using Botox®, Xeomin, Dysport and Daxxify. They are also well versed in Dermal Fillers such as the RHA Collection, Resylane®, Radiesse and Juvederm®. All of the staff will listen to your concerns and make suggestions that will result in natural, youthful appearance. There are treatments available for men and women of all ages and stages of life, as well as for all budget needs.
